JUST AS GOOD!!! Mineral secrets revealed!!!

My mother is a cosmetologist and my whole life I have heard it all: From what not to use and what the best is. She and I both agree that the mineral line is the best it gets when it gees to cosmetics. For some, its not that it doesnt work for your skin type or color, its just the fact that you are not purchasing the right shades and/or products. NOT ALL MINERAL cosmetics are the same! Check to see what ingrediants the seller is using and if you have sensitive skin stay away from talc and Bismuth Oxychloride!!!For instance, the mineral foundation may work for many people but there are a select few that can never find the "right" shade. Try this, buy two different shades (to cut cost , buy samples) that are as close to your skin color as possible or one thats a shade darkerand the other a shade lighter and mix them together. Works for most 95% of the time!!! Also, you can semi-make your own shades of eye shadow for cheap too. Just buy a few different colors that you love and a few empty jars (the sell empty jars here on okay)and start mixing, soon you will have a large collection to choose from and best of all nobody one else has your colors!
Another piece of advise is many sellers will take a picture of a "Name Brand" container and state that the product is a sample from lets say Bare Escentuals and it is NOT. Just because the picture has a BE product in it does not mean that it is what you are getting. *Okay, not all sellers do this but Ive seen many that do.The only way to know for sure is to buy a Bare Escentuals product yourself at a store that carrys it. Yes there are ways to repackage items to make them look as if they are "new". Again not all people are dishonest but buying it in person at Sephora or another carrier would be the only 100% guarantee!
And lastly,I ocassionally buy from buyers to see what is a good product out there in okayland and what is not. I have stumbbled across a few that should be banned but the majority are honest hard working sellers. There is a reason that they are power sellers, return customers can't be wrong! If you are intrested in mineral cosmetics and have never tried them out, name brand doesnt mean a thing most of the time, just more money. Generic mineral lines are just as good, if not better. Ive stuck with a mineral foundation for 2 years now and its a generic brand. I love it and the price. So check those out, they are not as bad as you may think!
